WHAT IS BREATHWORK:

 

Using a 3-stage breath you move into active and deep meditative state. When you consciously slow your breath, you activate your parasympathetic system. As a result, your heart rate slows, your body relaxes and your mind eases. It may be easier to have a sense of feelings or issues you may be experiencing. By changing your breathing patterns, you can influence how you’re feeling and improve your mental and even physical health.
