About the event
Sound is used to aid one’s own energetic system to release tension, calm the nervous system and let go of blockages. Gongs, Tuning forks, Tibetan and Crystal bowls may be used in each session. When we receive sound, the body incorporates the vibration through sound waves. The vibration helps to bring awareness to your present moment and allows you to take care of yourself on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
